1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hundeland Pet Resort services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use of Services

Our services are provided for pet boarding and daycare. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that may pose a risk to other animals or staff.

5. Vaccination and Health Requirements

It is the dog owner's responsibility to ensure that every dog is fully vaccinated and in good health before its stay. Owners must keep vaccinations up to date and provide valid proof of vaccination upon request. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any dog that does not meet these health and vaccination requirements.

6. Payments and Fees

Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of services. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy.

7. Cancellation Policy

Off-Season (all other dates):

  • Cancellation is free at any time, regardless of notice period.

Peak Season (school holidays & public holidays in BS/BL):

  • No-show (dog does not arrive on the check-in date and is never checked in): 100% of the booking amount
  • Late cancellation (0–7 days before check-in): 100% of the booking amount
  • Mid cancellation (8–14 days before check-in): 50% of the booking amount
  • Early cancellation (more than 14 days before check-in): No charge

In exceptional circumstances, Hundeland may decide on a case-by-case basis to partially or fully waive cancellation fees. The holiday dates are updated annually. The conditions valid at the time of booking apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hundeland Pet Resort shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from the use of our services.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and share your information.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
